Bismillah Laundry Benoni – Terms & Conditions

1. Service at Your Own Risk

   • We take care of your clothes, but we are not responsible for damage to old, weak, delicate, or heavily stained items.

   • Some stains may not come out completely.

2. Checking of Clothes

   • Please check all pockets before handing in clothes. We are not responsible for money, papers, or valuables left in pockets.

3. Lost or Damaged Items

   • Any claim for lost or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of collection.

   • Compensation, if any, will not exceed 5 times the washing cost of the item.

4. Collection & Storage

   • Clothes must be collected within 30 days. Items left longer may be donated or disposed of.

5. Payment

   • Full payment is required on collection or delivery.

   • Prices may vary depending on the condition of clothes and extra services requested.

6. Delivery

   • If delivery is requested, we will do our best to deliver on time, but we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

7. Changes

   • Bismillah Laundry reserves the right to update prices or these terms at any time.
