1. What services do you offer?
We offer washing, drying, ironing, folding, stain removal, and delivery services. Special care is taken for delicate and colored fabrics.

2. How long does it take to get my laundry back?
Normal service takes 3 – 10 hours. Express service may be available at an extra cost.

3. Do you offer pick-up and delivery?
Yes, we provide collection and delivery in and around Benoni. Delivery charges may apply.

4. Can you remove all stains?
We do our best with professional stain removers, but some stains (like oil, paint, or old marks) may not come out completely.

5. What if my clothes are damaged?
We handle clothes with care. If damage occurs, please report it within 24 hours of collection. Compensation is limited as per our Terms & Conditions.

6. How should I prepare my clothes before bringing them?
Please check all pockets and remove money, valuables, or sharp items. We cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged items left in pockets.

7. How do you charge for laundry?
Prices depend on the service: per kg for washing, or per item for ironing and special garments. Ask at the counter for a full price list.

8. Do you wash delicate fabrics?
Yes, we handle delicate items separately and use gentle washing methods. Please let us know if an item needs special care.

9. What happens if I don’t collect my clothes?
Items left uncollected for more than 30 days may be donated or disposed of.

10. What are your operating hours?
We are open Monday–Saturday, 7am–6pm
